Order Status and Inquiries
We offer both UPS and USPS for our shipping methods. Our Standard shipping method is generally shipped via UPS SurePost. This method has UPS pick up the order from our warehouse, then they deliver it to the local post office, USPS, who then completes the delivery. UPS Ground and 2nd Day are shipped out via UPS. High-value orders over $250 will ship via UPS and will be billed at UPS Ground Rates.
UPS shipping options are billed at actual UPS rates plus $2.45 for packaging and handling.

Credit and/or Returns
For hygienic reasons, Divine Body Toys will not accept non-defective exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or worn – no exceptions. All defective items over $75.00 must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, exchange, or replacement with approval.
Returns and exchanges are permissible if the product is in brand new condition with original packaging and the product has not been opened or used. Credit will be issued for the cost of the product only. The Customer may use the credit to order a replacement item or can contact Divine Body Toys Customer Service to place an order for a new item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
In the event of a shipment error on the part of Divine Body Toys, a credit memo will be issued or the correct product will be shipped at Divine Body Toys expense. If Divine Body Toys requests the product to be returned, Customer shall return the product to Divine Body Toys; Divine Body Toys will issue a call tag at that time. Divine Body Toys will credit the customer for the return. Credit will be issued for the product, shipping charges if applicable, and processing fee on restock able products
Divine Body Toys will issue a credit or replace a manufacturers defective or damaged item within the first 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer. The item will be replaced with the same item only. The customer should throw away the defective or damaged item. Replacement is issued for the defective item(s) only and shipped to the customer at no cost.
In the event Divine Body Toys receives unauthorized returns by the customer, the customer will be notified of the product return and given 7 business days to determine the disposition of product before Divine Body Toys disposes of the product. No credit will be issued for product or processing fees.
If items are damaged in shipment or have evidence of damage to the exterior shipping box, the customer must request information from the carrier on the procedure for filing a claim. The carrier shall provide information to the purchaser on how to file a claim with the customer to be reimbursed for damages through the carrier. The customer is required to file the replacement claim through Divine Body Toys.
